A Man On A Motorcycle Comes To A Full Halt In The Middle Of The Road In Order To Save A Little Kitten

He might have continued on his way, but instead he came to a halt to assist.

As a result, this kitten is still living today.

Kwok Kin Wai was riding his motorbike down a busy Hong Kong highway last week when he came upon the small kitten stuck alone in the middle of a lane. With the crushing tires of many passing automobiles all around her, she had little hope of escaping on her own.

Wai pulled over, knowing the cat was about to be hit, and placed his own life on the line to save her.

Wai’s noble act of heroism didn’t go unnoticed, though. The entire incident was captured on film by a motorist’s dashboard camera, which has now gone viral in China.

Wai, on the other hand, was striving to aid the cat in yet another way as word of his activities spread.

He shared photographs of the cat on Facebook in the hopes of finding her a loving home.

And it was successful.

Someone stepped up to adopt the cat within an hour of the article being published, according to the Chinese news site Shanghaiist.

And with that, Wai effectively saved her life again.
