Meet Setsu-Chan, Japan’s And Maybe The Entire World’s “Ugliest” Cat

While a moniker like “Cat with the Ugliest Face” isn’t anything to be proud of, Setsu-chan does. Mino, a Japanese artist, owns the cat, which is as nasty as cats get. That isn’t always the case. When he sleeps, he’s fugly, but when he wakes up, he’s sort of cute. Some online comments have compared Setsu-visage Chan’s to that of a zombie, to give you an idea of how unattractive the cat is.
