The yard of a household was entered by a starving, homeless kitten looking for food. She was given food by the home’s owner, but the kitten kept returning each day in search of more.
She was someone the man saw every day, and he started to see that her tiny tummy was expanding—not necessarily because of the food, but rather because she was pregnant.
The good man made the choice to ask for assistance. Animal rescuers Stef and Johanne from Montreal, Canada, wanted to assist.
They were aware that the cat’s pregnancy was coming to an end, and they made every effort to bring the expectant mother to safety.
After bringing her to the doctor, they brought her home so she could give birth in peace and comfort. The gentle cat satisfied her appetite when she got to her foster home and then curled up in her cozy new bed.
After many days of care from Stef and Johanne as they readied the cat for labor, the cat gave birth to her kittens. The new mother had a very difficult birth, but since her nurses were attentive to her, she was able to give birth to three healthy children.
The three male kittens, Leelo, Elijah, and Jasper, gathered together and began to purr as they passed. They constantly hugged one other to show each other affection and protection and appeared to be quite glad to be together.
